She has been the glue to multiple projects I have been a part of and in the case of our company Nectar Hard Seltzer she has helped reorganize our community support system and our backend structure at the company. We used to only be able to respond to customer support tickets once in a while, but now she is on top of every issue in real time. This has helped us to address order mistakes, customer feedback on our drink and create a forum for people to feel comfortable talking to a brand.
